COVID-19 Update: Red Bolt Broadband is Gearing up to Complete In-Home Installations by Purchasing Necessary PPE

    Red Bolt Broadband is gearing up to resume in-home installations by purchasing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for our installation crew. Our number one concern during this uncertain time is to keep our customers and our employees safe and healthy. 
    Once our installation team receives the necessary PPE we will be calling customers starting with the customers who have waited the longest so far, to schedule in-home installations. Customers who have been on the waitlist the longest will receive priority installation times. 

Important Information Regarding Red Bolt Broadband and CDEC 

    Our Grants office remains closed to the public until further notice. During business hours, members paying bills by cash, check or money order are asked to use our night-drop boxes. If you pay with cash, the entire amount will be applied to your account. If you would like a receipt, note it on your bill stub, and we will provide one by email or mail.

    Red Bolt Broadband internet services will not be disconnecting service due to nonpayment until further notice
Free public WiFi access is available to the public at Elm Park and Fire & Ice Park in Grants and Mirabal and Elkins parks in Milan.
